Overview

Explore global tax rates, regulations, court decisions, tariffs, and monitored changes in TaxAtlas.

TaxAtlas is CPAAutomation's source-backed global tax intelligence workspace. It brings tax rates, regulations, court decisions, tariff measures, and detected changes together so tax, finance, and legal teams can monitor jurisdictions without maintaining a collection of disconnected trackers.

What you can do

  • Explore the map — compare current rate data geographically and open a jurisdiction for more detail.
  • Research jurisdictions — review country and sub-national profiles, current and historical rates, and related legal material.
  • Monitor change — follow a single feed of newly detected rate, regulation, court, and tariff updates.
  • Verify the source — use confidence markers, effective and as-of dates, and direct source links before relying on a figure.
  • Create watchlists — follow the jurisdictions and change types that matter to your work.
  • Connect workflows — export data, create API keys, and configure email or webhook delivery channels.

Start with the map

TaxAtlas opens on the Map. Choose a metric, pan or zoom to the region you want to study, and select a jurisdiction to open its detail panel. From there you can review rates, regulations, decisions, tariffs, and recent changes without losing your place on the map.

Use Overview when you want a coverage summary or a quick read of the newest changes. Use the dedicated list pages when you need filters, sorting, CSV export, or a larger research result set.

Data and professional judgment

TaxAtlas aggregates public information for monitoring and research. It is not tax, legal, or trade advice. Check the confidence marker, effective or as-of date, and linked primary authority before using a figure in a filing, position, or client recommendation.

API and notifications

The Account area contains API keys, watchlists, notifications, and delivery channels. Paid users can create read keys for TaxAtlas data. Administrative keys and global data changes require system-administrator permission. Webhook deliveries are signed so receiving systems can verify that a payload came from TaxAtlas.
