Tasklytic
My Tasks and Inbox
Your personal task hub with Today, Upcoming, and Later sections, and the notification inbox with filters, snoozing, and archiving.
Projects show a team's work. My Tasks and Inbox show yours: what you're on the hook for, and what changed since you last looked.
My Tasks
Open My Tasks from the navigator or press g m. It gathers every task assigned to you across the workspace, in three layouts — List, Board, and Calendar — selected from the tabs under the title.
Sections
The list groups your work into buckets derived from due dates:
| Section | What lands here |
|---|---|
| Recently assigned | Newly assigned tasks you haven't sorted yet |
| Today | Due today, or overdue |
| Upcoming | Due within the next seven days |
| Later | Due further out, or with no date |
| Completed | Finished tasks — hidden by default |
Drag a task between sections to change when you plan to do it. In Board layout the same sections become columns.
Customize
Customize opens a drawer where you can rename the built-in sections, hide the ones you don't use, reorder them, add your own sections, and choose whether subtasks appear when their parent isn't assigned to you. The layout is personal and saved per workspace.
Quick filters
Chips above the list toggle common filters: Just my tasks, Due this week, Overdue, Incomplete only, Has due date, Hide/Show completed, and one chip per project. The full filter, sort, and group controls are available too, and undated work can be dragged in from the Unscheduled drawer in Calendar layout.
Add tasks straight from My Tasks with the inline add row — new tasks default to the first project in the workspace unless you pick another.
Inbox
Open Inbox from the navigator or press g i. The badge counts unread, unarchived items. The page is two panes: the notification list on the left, a preview of the selected item on the right.

Working through it
The top tabs switch between Inbox, Archive, and Snoozed. Within the inbox, filter to All, Unread, Mentions, or Assigned, and narrow further with the type chips.
- Mark all read and Archive all read clear the backlog in one click.
- Select items with their checkboxes for the bulk bar: mark read or unread, archive, snooze, or delete.
- Snooze hides an item until Later today, Tomorrow morning, Next week, or a custom date, then returns it to the inbox automatically.
- Selecting a notification marks it read and shows its context in the preview pane, with a link straight to the task, project, goal, or form it came from.
Items are grouped by Today, Yesterday, This week, and Earlier.
The mini inbox
The top bar carries a compact inbox dropdown, so you can glance at recent notifications from any page in Tasklytic and jump into the full inbox when you want to work through them.
Project notification settings
If a project is noisier than you'd like, open its settings and adjust notifications for task activity, status updates, new files, and mentions. Following or unfollowing individual tasks gives you finer control — followers are listed on every task's detail pane.
